Stage 4

Screen Test

Here’s what you can expect:
  • Studio Environment: You’ll be on camera in our professional studio setup, working with some of our team members (including our videographer and producer).
  • Technical Guidance: We’ll guide you through the setup and help you get comfortable before filming begins.
  • On-Camera Task: You may be asked to perform a short segment relevant to the role (e.g., reading from a teleprompter, demonstrating instruction, or improvising based on a prompt).
  • Time Commitment: The session will take approximately [30–60 minutes].
  • Wardrobe Tips: Please wear something you think will look good on camera.
  • No Need to Memorize: You don’t need to memorize anything — we’ll either provide a script or outline, depending on the role.
This session is informal and designed to help us understand your natural delivery and comfort on camera. We want you to feel relaxed and supported throughout the process.

Stage 5

Final Interview

this conversation will be a bit different from the earlier stages. At this point, we’ve already covered your skills and experience in depth, so this final step is more about alignment and fit.  This interview will be with the VP of Education and the CEO.
