Initial Video Screen
This chat happens with someone on our People & Culture Team. This stage includes ~ 10 questions to learn more about you and your experience. It also gives you an opportunity to ask People & Culture questions about the company, and broader questions about the role and team.
- Stage 3
Interview
This will take place with the Creative Director and the Chief Marketing Officer and will take between 60 and 90 minutes. We will discuss your skills and experience and will ask you to complete a short written exercise. This will involve drafting an email based on a scenario we’ll provide. The goal is understand your approach and process.
- Stage 4
Final Interview
The final interview will include the CMO, Creative Director, Growth Director and the Product Marketing Director.
