What I do at Musora Media
I, alongside my talented leadership and board, set the vision for the company and ensure all are pointed towards it - to create a world where everyone can play music.
I protect the truly unique culture that we've built, both for our staff and our students - Musora isn't like most companies.
I ensure we operate responsibly - we're in this for the long haul.

Who am I?
I started at Musora (then it was Railroad Media) in 2007 when I was 19 as their third hire. I was brought on to cut video, which I did for the following nine years.
As the company scaled, I naturally moved into more project management and then operations. I've always had a knack for knowing what needs to get done and focusing my energy there. In early 2023, after nearly 16 years at the company, Jared (Founder and my bro) asked if I wanted to move into the CEO seat after tripling the company alongside him as COO for the previous four years.
At Musora, I could point to many times in our journey where you might say, "Those were the days," and yet I feel we're living in "the days" now. So, though it's a blast doing what we do today, the best, I expect, is yet to come!

Advice for prospective candidates
In all of our communications, be yourself. I want to know the real you, not the 'you' filtered through ChatGPT and sent my way.
